Services

Before the start of any project I will require a

digitally signed contract. This contract will be based

upon the site requirements that we determine before

the start of the project. You are responsible for all

charges incurred during your project. I will make all

reasonable efforts to keep your site costs within the

estimated costs as described in the project.

I retain the rights to all designs and programming until

payment in full is received. I also will not complete any

web projects which I feel do not fit into my beliefs. I will

not build or design products for adult only sites, and

x rated materials.

Once your site or design is completed, I reserve the

right to use images in my portfolio or other advertising.

I require that all sites built by me have a link back to

my home page from any and all interior pages.
